Looking for a daily drinker that’s approachable, but still full of flavor? Our Family Series is here for you. Enjoy our deeply noted coffees that are likely to please everyone. Roasted to taste great with or without cream and sugar.

Where do you roast your coffee?

Our coffee is roasted in our cafe in Eugene Oregon.

The wonderful building we call home once hosted an egg taking facility where farmers from all around would bring their eggs to be loaded into train carts and shipped east.

When do you roast?

We roast two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Subscriptions are ready for pickup and shipment the day after roasting.
Pickup orders are available at noon Wednesday and Friday. 

What day do subscriptions arrive?

A lot of people ask us when they’ll get their subscription. It’s a good question, because we know how important it is to have coffee on time.

The answer depends on your order frequency: Each Wednesday and Friday is a shipping and pickup day.

We ship via USPS, so we are never further away than your mailbox.  

Will i get the same coffee everytime?

While some of our customers prefer consistency, others value variety. Our
goal is to personalize your subscription as much as we can. So, we’ll be reaching out to you frequently to find out how you like our selection and we’ll adapt accordingly.

We offer two subscriptions options with two flavor profiles. If you’re looking for something more consistent, choose our Family Subscription.

If you’re looking for something that changes every single month, choose the Adventure Subscription! We go to great lengths to source wonderful coffees for our adventure seekers.

Can I pause, cancel or skip a subscription?

Yes! You can pause, skip, cancel or even modify your subscription any time. You’re in complete control. Reach out to us if you need any help.
